Shipping Policy

We aim to deliver your orders safely and quickly across Pakistan. Please read our shipping terms below:

Delivery Charges:

  • FREE delivery on all orders above PKR 2,995

  • For orders below PKR 2,995, a flat delivery charge of PKR 200 applies and is paid by the customer

Delivery Time:

  • Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days

  • Estimated delivery time is 2 to 5 business days depending on your location

  • You will receive a confirmation message once your order is shipped

Delivery Areas:

  • We deliver all over Pakistan via trusted courier partners

  • For remote areas, delivery might take slightly longer than usual

Important Notes:

  • Please ensure your address and contact information are correct to avoid delays

  • If the courier is unable to reach you after multiple attempts, the order may be returned to us

  • Once shipped, we cannot change the delivery address
