Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love every product you receive. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Eligibility:

  • Requests for return, refund, or exchange must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

  • Original tags must be intact.

Exchange:

  • Size or color exchanges are available based on stock.

  • Shipping for sending the item back is covered by the customer.

  • We’ll ship the exchanged item for free once your item is received and inspected.

Refund:

  • Refunds are available for wrong, damaged, or defective items.

  • Once approved, refunds are processed via bank transfer or wallet within 5–7 business days after inspection.

Not Eligible for Return/Refund:

  • Items purchased on sale or with discount codes.

  • Used, washed, or worn items.

  • Items returned after 7 days of delivery.

  2. Share your order number, issue, and item pictures (if damaged).

  3. We’ll guide you step-by-step through return/exchange/refund.
