Eligibility:

Requests for return, refund, or exchange must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

Original tags must be intact.
Exchange:

Size or color exchanges are available based on stock.

Shipping for sending the item back is covered by the customer.

We’ll ship the exchanged item for free once your item is received and inspected.
Refund:

Refunds are available for wrong, damaged, or defective items.

Once approved, refunds are processed via bank transfer or wallet within 5–7 business days after inspection.
Not Eligible for Return/Refund:

Items purchased on sale or with discount codes.

Used, washed, or worn items.

Items returned after 7 days of delivery.
